Your dashboard, every tab explained

What each part of the Heyron dashboard does: agents, chat, files, integrations, messaging, terminal, usage, billing and support.

In this tutorial

The Heyron dashboard has two levels: your workspace (agents, billing, community and settings) and each agent's own page (chat, files, apps and more). This page walks through every part, so you know where to find things.

The left menu

When you sign in, the left menu has:

  • Agents: every agent in your workspace.
  • Billing: your membership, seats and invoices. See billing, seats and cancelling.
  • Community: links to the Solo Software Studio community on Skool and the members' Discord server.
  • Profile: your account details.
  • Support: get help or open a ticket. See how to get help.
  • Settings: your workspace name and ID.

There's also a feedback link where you can suggest features and vote on the roadmap.

The Agents table

Each row is one agent, with four columns: Name, Type (OpenClaw or Hermes), Status and Actions.

  • Status shows whether the agent is running, sleeping or stopped. A sleeping agent wakes up when you message it.
  • Click the name or Open to go to its chat.
  • Update appears when a newer version of the agent is available. Updating keeps its memory, files and chats.
  • The icon buttons let workspace admins Start agent or Restart agent, Stop agent, open the agent's own dashboard, and Delete agent.

Create agent adds another agent. You choose OpenClaw or Hermes. If you have a free seat it says Launch agent; if all your seats are in use it says Add seat and launch and charges the extra seat straight away.

Inside an agent

Click an agent to open its page. The left rail has:

  • All agents and a switcher to jump between agents.
  • New chat to start a fresh conversation.
  • Files: browse, upload and download the agent's files. See working with files.
  • Integrations: connect Gmail, Notion, GitHub and 1,000+ other apps. See connect your agent to your apps.
  • Chats: your past conversations. On OpenClaw this list includes conversations from Telegram, Discord and other apps, labelled by where they happened.

At the bottom of the rail:

  • Terminal: a command line on the agent's own computer. Handy if you're technical, never required.
  • Support: help with this agent.
  • Usage: how much of your monthly AI allowance is left, and where to add a top-up. See AI usage, models and top-ups.
  • Settings: the agent's name, plan, computer size, version and ID, plus Delete this agent.

At the top, admins see an Update available pill when there's a new version, the Dashboard button, and a ... menu with Start, Restart, Stop and Update.

The chat box

Under the message box you'll find:

  • The paperclip: attach any file. You can also drag files in or paste them. They're saved to the agent's uploads folder.
  • The model picker: choose which AI model answers. Default is a good choice for most things.
  • The effort picker: how hard the model thinks before answering, from None up to Ultra. Higher effort is slower and uses more of your allowance.

When the chat is empty you'll also see a Connect pill. It opens the Messaging apps window, where you connect Telegram, WhatsApp and more.

The Dashboard button

Dashboard opens your agent's own control panel in a new tab: OpenClaw's or Hermes' built-in interface. It's there for advanced settings. Everything you need day to day is in the Heyron dashboard. The button only works while the agent is running or sleeping.

Frequently asked questions

The dashboard is blank or won't load. What do I do?

Refresh the page first. If it's still blank, sign out and back in, or try a private window. If that doesn't fix it, open a ticket and tell us which page and browser.

Why can't I see the Create agent or Delete buttons?

Some buttons are only for workspace admins. If you were invited to someone else's workspace, ask them.

What's the difference between a new chat and a new agent?

A new chat is a fresh conversation with the same agent, which keeps its memory and files. A new agent is a separate assistant with its own computer, memory and files, and it uses a seat.

Where do I change my agent's personality or model?

Personality lives in a file called SOUL.md; see give your agent a personality. The model is chosen per chat with the model picker under the message box.

Still stuck?
