What can it connect to?
1,000+ apps through built-in connections, including Gmail, Google Drive, Docs and Sheets, Notion, Slack, GitHub, Linear, HubSpot, Airtable and YouTube. You sign in to each app yourself and can disconnect it at any time. Web search is built in, plus 500+ data tools that let your agent scrape and pull information from almost any website.
Do I need to code?
No. You give your agent jobs in plain language. If you do code, it can work in GitHub and run code for you too.
Can I choose my agent and model?
Yes, within the options supported by your workspace. The current Heyron app offers OpenClaw and Hermes, with more agent types coming. Models and tools depend on the selected agent and its configuration. The model names shown at the top are examples of what agents can run.
Where does my agent run and who sees my data?
Your agent runs on its own dedicated instance hosted by Agent37 (2 vCPU, 4 GB RAM, 8 GB disk), not on your computer and not in a shared chat. Your chat, files and memory stay with that agent. Messaging apps like Telegram or Discord use bot tokens you connect yourself. When your agent uses an AI model, your prompts are sent to the model provider that powers it.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancel anytime from Billing. You keep your agent until the end of the time you've paid for; after that, your agent and its files are deleted, so save anything you want to keep before then. Billing shows your renewal and access-end details.
Is there a usage limit?
Yes. Each membership includes $15 a month of managed AI usage. Model replies and app actions draw from it, so there are no surprise bills. If it runs out, your agent pauses AI replies until the allowance resets on the 1st. Need more? Add a $10, $25 or $50 top-up from the Usage screen; it carries over until used. The Usage screen shows where you stand.
How do I get help?
Use Support for account help and to follow your requests. If you forgot your signup email, account recovery is reachable without logging in. You should not need to purchase again to recover an existing membership.
