Know what you are getting.
Where does my agent run and who sees my data?
Your agent runs on its own dedicated instance hosted by Agent37 (2 vCPU, 4 GB RAM, 8 GB disk), not on your computer and not in a shared chat. Your chat, files and memory stay with that agent. Messaging apps like Telegram or Discord use bot tokens you connect yourself. When your agent uses an AI model, your prompts are sent to the model provider that powers it.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancel anytime from Billing. When your membership ends, your agent is stopped, never deleted, and your files are kept. Billing shows your renewal and access-end details.
Is there a usage limit?
Yes. Each membership includes $15 a month of managed AI usage. Model replies and app actions draw from it, so there are no surprise bills. If it runs out, your agent pauses AI replies until the allowance resets on the 1st. Top-ups for extra usage are on the way. The Usage screen shows where you stand.
What happens to my current price?
Existing $29/month Heyron members keep their price and their existing account. Do not buy again to recover access or request your promised Studio access.
Can I cancel without contacting support?
Yes. Membership management is available in Billing, including cancellation and your relevant billing-period details.
I already paid. How do I get in?
Log in with your existing account, or use account recovery. Recovery must reconnect your existing membership, not create a second charge.
