Privacy

What we collect

Your account. Your email address and name, and the workspace, seats and teammates you set up.

Payments. Stripe processes payments. We see your subscription and billing status, never your full card number.

Your agent. Your agent's chats, files, memory and the bot tokens and app connections you add live on its own server. We don't use them to train models and other members can't see them.

Support. What you send us in support requests, so we can help.

How you use the site. Pages visited, clicks, and session recordings where you allow them. See Analytics below.

How your agent handles data

Your agent runs on its own dedicated server hosted by Agent37. When it uses an AI model, your prompts go to the model provider that powers it. When you connect an app, the connection runs through Composio with the access you grant, and you can disconnect it at any time. When your agent uses a data tool to search or read websites, the request goes through Perflo.

If your membership ends, your agent is stopped, not deleted, so your files are kept if you come back.

Analytics and your choices

We use PostHog to understand how people use Heyron, so we can make it better. With full analytics we record pages, clicks and session recordings. Recordings never show what you type, and show no text at all on your agent, support and sign-in pages.

In the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland we ask before turning full analytics on. Until you allow it, visits are counted anonymously, without cookies or anything stored on your device.

Everywhere else full analytics is on by default. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out.

You can change this at any time with Privacy choices at the bottom of every page. Anonymous only means no cookies, no profile and no recordings.

We use Sentry to find errors. Error reports don't include your content, messages, URLs or account details.

Who processes your data

We don't sell your data and we don't use advertising trackers. These companies process data for us, only to run Heyron:

• UserJot: the feedback board and roadmap, if you post there
• Skool: the Solo Software Studio community, if you join

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and your agent's data. We'll do it within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR in Europe or the CCPA in California) you may have further rights, including objecting to processing and opting out of sharing. We honor those requests wherever you are.
