Heyron vs Lindy: same price, built for different people

Both cost about $49 a month. Lindy is built for work teams in Slack and email; Heyron is an agent of your own plus a community for solo builders.

In this note

Lindy and Heyron cost almost the same: $49.99 and $49 a month. Both give you an AI that does work rather than just chatting. But they're built for different people, and the difference matters more than the price.

Lindy is an AI assistant for work teams: inboxes, meetings, Slack and the CRM. Heyron is an agent of your own on its own server, plus a community of people using agents to build one-person businesses. Prices were checked on October 24, 2026, from Lindy's pricing page.

How the usage compares

Both plans include a monthly allowance, measured differently.

Lindy counts credits per job. Using Lindy's own ranges, 5,000 credits covers somewhere between 20 larger everyday asks and a few thousand tiny ones, or about 5 to 20 deep research jobs. Users often mention that bigger jobs burn credits faster than expected, so it's worth watching the meter in your first week.

Heyron counts dollars of AI usage: $15 a month, spent as your agent calls AI models and uses apps. The Usage screen shows exactly what's been spent. When it runs out, AI replies pause until the 1st unless you add a top-up, so you never get a surprise bill.

Neither is "unlimited". Pick based on the work you'll actually do.

Where Lindy is ahead

Lindy is a mature, polished product for business workflows. It's deeply built into Slack and email, handles meeting notes and follow-ups well, works with your team's shared tools, and offers a free trial. If your day is meetings and inbox, and your colleagues use it too, Lindy is designed for exactly that.

Where Heyron is different

An agent with its own computer. Every Heyron agent has a dedicated server with files, memory and a terminal. It can keep project folders, run scripts and build things, not just send messages.

Open source, your choice of agent. Heyron runs OpenClaw and Hermes, two popular open-source agents, with more on the way. Your agent's files are yours to download.

The messaging apps people actually use outside work. Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord and Slack.

A plan for building something of your own. Membership includes Solo Software Studio, where members use their agents to launch apps that make money, following a 90-day plan for a one-person business. Lindy makes a team faster; Heyron is for people starting something.
